I would not have found any of the candidates that I interviewed by using websites such as Indeed . My recruiter was attentive without being overbearing and he provided valuable feedback when asked his opinion. Horizon handled the difficult part of the interview process which is dealing with the rejection of candidates who weren’t the perfect fit.
