My first contact with Horizon Hospitality was an email and the response was almost immediate — and they took the time to call, not just respond via email. It has been a great relationship since! Once we retained Horizon, Dave Nolan did spend a day and a half here in the Pacific Northwest meeting with us and touring the area to get a personal feel for the “lay of the land.” I feel very lucky to have ‘found’ Horizon Hospitality and am happy to recommend them to others in our industry.

I was very pleased from start to finish. The whole process was seamless. From my first conversation with Horizon, they listened to what we were looking for in our applicant. They asked great questions to clarify to make sure they understood what qualities we wanted in an applicant. We talked about the interviewing and selection process while not typical, Horizon did a great job in communicating with three of us on the candidates. They followed up after we interviewed candidates to help fine tune his selection process. I enjoyed working with Horizon and will reach out to them next time we have an open position.

Horizon understood the profile of the person we need and delivered at record speed. This was our first time using a recruiting company since downsizing and outsourcing/supplementing what was in-house HR. Horizon was very systematic and thorough in their introduction to the process and team.
