Our initial Recruiting Assessment will provide you with an objective and comprehensive evaluation/summary of your current recruiting department, a cost-analysis and our recommendations to improve your current process. Whether you decide to outsource your recruiting to Horizon Hospitality or choose to maintain part or all of your in-house recruiting, you will be provided with an outlined path to future recruiting success.
Our Services can include any or all of the following:
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ~ We utilize a state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking Software which will provide you with valuable statistics while tracking candidates through the entire hiring process.
- Job Board Resumes ~ We will search the most relevant paid job boards, on-line networking communities, free job boards and general Internet postings for new resumes posted in your area. All potential candidates will be called within 24 hours and interviewed via telephone. Qualified candidates will be forwarded to the appropriate hiring authority for consideration.
- Job Board Postings ~ We will determine an average number of monthly job postings required, create and post highly effective ads, review all responses and only send you those candidates who fit your profile.
- Interview Coordination ~ We will work with your hiring team to coordinate all phone and face to face interviews with candidates being considered.
- Candidate Flow ~ We will continue to provide you with a stream of qualified candidates and help you to develop appropriate bench strength.
- Competitive Analysis ~ We will update you on trends with your competition across the country.
- Website Integration ~ We will work with your webmaster to assure current positions are posted on your company website and candidates will be able to apply directly for positions through a link on your Website.
- Pre-Employment Screening ~ Reference Checks, Background Checks, Psychological Testing and Drug Screens will be conducted, as requested, on candidates being considered for employment.
- Employee Retention ~ Through the use of our services you should realize a significant improvement in your employee turnover and we will continue to monitor and measure these numbers for you.
