What should you expect from a 40 hour Recruitment Research Campaign?
The numbers for a Recruiting Research Campaign can vary significantly and will depend upon the Type of Research Project and Positions targeted. A typical example of a Restaurant Manager Research Campaign for a Casual Dining Concept would be as follows:
- 5 to 6 Contacts Made per hour (contacts represent those prospective candidates that we actually speak with)
- A minimum of 15 Candidates Generated (candidates that meet your specific requirements and are interested in your company)
- Constant Communication throughout the entire Campaign along with a Detailed Call Log at the conclusion of the project
Although there are no guarantees that you will hire a new employee as a result of our Recruiting Research Campaign, the majority of our clients are able to secure multiple hires from a 40 hour campaign within a specific geographical region.
