Our Regional Recruiters focus on that objective every day and they're experts in bringing these individuals directly to you. All of our Recruiters are well trained and have all held management and executive-level positions in various segments of the hospitality industry. Additionally, they have years of experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment practices combined with the latest techniques in interviewing and screening candidates.
Although we will tailor our searches to meet your company's needs, our customary searches include:
RETAINED SEARCHES
Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. Fee is computed at percentage of first-year compensation. You pay us one-third to initiate the search and the remainder when the candidate begins employment. The successful completion of your search is guaranteed!

- Pre-employment Screening includes background investigations, references/employment verification, psychological and aptitude testing

CONTAINED SEARCHES
A non-exclusive search for those companies who wish to utilize other recruiting resources, in addition to ours. An upfront, non-refundable fee of $2,000 is due to commence your search with the remainder of the fee ONLY due if you hire one of the talented candidates we present. The back end fee will be based on a percentage of base salary less the fee previously paid.
- Guaranteed Results with a minimum of 6 candidates will be produced within 14 days of the search commencing
- An upfront fee is required with no back end fee due unless you hire a candidate we have presented
- Replacement guarantee of 90-days is provided should a candidate leave your employ for any reason
CONTINGENCY SEARCHES
These searches are typically conducted with our clients that have multiple or continual needs. We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented a fee equal to a percentage of the new employee's anticipated first year compensation will be due. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
RECRUITMENT RESEARCH
Recruiting Research Campaigns represent a value-oriented alternative to traditional Contingency or Retained Search options.
